Dr Loh Ken Chen is a Consultant Dermatologist in Malaysia, currently practising as a visiting Consultant Dermatologist at Kedah Medical Centre and Hospital Pantai Sungai Petani. He is also a co-founder of Celine Tan Clinic and Liv Skin Specialist Clinic.
Dr Loh graduated from the University of Malaya in 2006. He obtained his MRCP (UK) and completed his Internal Medicine specialisation in 2013. He subsequently completed formal dermatology training at Hospital Pulau Pinang and Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and was awarded the Advanced Master of Dermatology (UKM). From 2019 to 2021, he served as Head of the Dermatology Department at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Kedah. He has also been actively involved in teaching AISMT medical students and dermatology trainees.
Dr Loh has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of skin diseases, including acne, eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, skin infections, pigmentary disorders, hair and nail disorders. He also has advanced expertise in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology, with a focus on laser treatments and injectable procedures, practising evidence-based and personalised care.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr Loh is recognised as a dermatology educator and digital skin influencer. He shares evidence-based, patient-friendly dermatology education on TikTok, where he has over 170,000 followers under the handle @dr.kcloh.skin. Dr. Celine Tan is the founder of Celine Tan Clinic since 2012. She acquired her Degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from the University of Malaya. She spent years practising Dermatology and obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, UK, as well as the Institute of Dermatology, Thailand.
Dr. Celine developed a special interest in aesthetic medicine after seeing many patients who were concerned about their skin or hair loss problem. “I have seen a young boy with very low self-esteem due to his facial acne and scar problem end up in school absenteeism,” Dr. Celine added. “With appropriate medical care and aesthetic treatment, one’s self-esteem and confidence will be boosted.”
She completed her Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine at the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and has attended multiple aesthetic training sessions and workshops locally and abroad. Dr. Celine is passionate about helping her clients rebuild their self-esteem through simple, refined non-surgical aesthetic treatments — including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, chemical peels and HIFU skin lifting. She also strongly believes in the importance of a healthy lifestyle and diet in producing natural beauty.
