Dr. Loh Ken Chen is a visiting Consultant Dermatologist in Kedah Medical Center & Hospital Pantai Sungai Petani. He is also a co-founder of Celine Tan Clinic since 2012
Dr. Loh graduated from the University of Malaya in 2006. He obtained his MRCP (UK) Member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of United Kingdom and completed his internal medicine specialization in 2013. Thereafter, he completed his dermatological training at Hospital Pulau Pinang and Hospital Kuala Lumpur and obtained his Advanced Master of Dermatology ( UKM).
Dr Loh has vast experience on various skin diseases such as acne, eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, skin infections, pigmentary disorders and hair disease. He is also active in teaching AISMT medical students and dermatology trainees.
Dr Celine Tan

Dr. Celine Tan is the founder of Celine Tan Clinic since 2012. She acquired her Degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from University of Malaya. She spent years in practicing Dermatology and obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, UK as well as Institute of Dermatology, Thailand.
Dr. Celine started to develop her special interest in aesthetic medicine after seeing many patients who were concerned about their skin or hair loss problem. “I have seen a young boy with very low self esteem due to his facial acne and scar problem ended up in school absenteeism.” Dr. Celine added. “With appropriate medical care and aesthetic treatment, one’s self esteem and confidence will be boosted.”
She did her Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine at the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and attended multiple aesthetic training or workshops locally and abroad. Dr. Celine has a passion in assisting her clients to encourage up their self-esteem by undergoing simple and distinguished non-surgical aesthetic treatment. She also strongly believes in the importance of a healthy lifestyle and diet in producing a natural beauty
